Equality vs. Equity

Equity is not just a word for me, it’s a passion and a reality.

Equity is important to me in everything I do. Both equity in the workplace and inherent in the ideas for health solutions I develop and market. This equity passion is something I like to share with other entrepreneurs and clinicians. Equity is my motivation every day with regards to helping others. As a clinician my whole work life was driven by helping others, each day. This passion continues in my entrepreneurial path ensuring all that I do is equitable for all.
